During the first phase (March 15, 2011 - May 1, 2011, we will be collecting submissions for people who may want to participate in McCall's Quilt Design Star™. Starting May 3, 2011, you will have a chance to vote on which of the entrants should go on and be finalists. Once the finalists are selected, they will participate in three challenges. Following each challenge, the public will vote, and some finalists may be dropped, until the Grand Finale challenge during which we select the Grand Prize winner. This person will win a Horn of America 5180 sewing cabinet and a Pfaff Creative 4.0 Sewing/Embroidery Machine, as well as many other prizes.
