American Woodworker’s Laguna Platinum Lathe Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on March 15, 2011 and ends on June 30, 2011. To enter, go to www.americanwoodworker.com and access the Sweepstakes entry form. Complete the required information and submit your entry so that it is received by Sponsor's server by 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2011. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. By entering, participants warrant and represent that they agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the final decision of the Sponsor. Employees of American Woodworker, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

On or about July 7, 2011, a random drawing will occur to award the following prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize: Platinum Series 18/47 Lathe Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $1,854.00.
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,854.00.
Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If American Woodworker cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.

American Woodworker reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sweepstakes commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes.

Entrants further grant to American Woodworker the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Sweepstakes.

As permitted by law and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor may share his/her entry information (including name, address, email address, etc.) with Sponsor’s promotional partners and other parties and grant Sponsor, its promotional partners and other third parties with whom Sponsor chooses to share your information, permission to contact you about upcoming promotions, special offers or for other reasons via electronic and ordinary mail. If you would prefer not to hear from us or prefer us not to share information about you, please remember to check the opt out box when entering the Sweepstakes or opt out in accordance with Sponsor’s on-line privacy policy, available for viewing at www.americanwoodworker.com.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

This Sweepstakes is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that n Entrant is using the Sweepstakes for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
